Anastasia White is a founding partner and a leading attorney at Immigration Law Offices of Anastasia White, P.A., based in Florida. Her office handles a wide variety of non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions, including EB-5 investor Green cards, investor visas, visas and Green cards for multinational executives and managers, visas and Green cards for individuals with extraordinary/ exceptional achievements, visas for foreign employees, as well as family-based petitions, naturalization applications, and other immigration matters.
Ms. White has been practicing immigration law exclusively for more than 8 years. This allowed her to gain significant experience in various types of immigration petitions and applications. During the course of her career, Ms. White has successfully assisted foreign investors and entrepreneurs from Brazil, Canada, China, Great Britain, Lithuania, Kazakhstan, Russia, Sweden, Ukraine, and UAE, among others, to establish their business in the United States and obtain visas and Green cards.
Ms. White is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and was leading the Business and Investment Committee of AILA South Florida as its Chair for 2 years.
Ms. White is a dual-degree attorney eligible to practice law in Russia and the United States (licensed in Florida). Ms. White graduated from Siberian Federal University with a Bachelor of Jurisprudence in International and Comparative law and with Masters of Jurisprudence in International and Foreign Law. She received her third Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University – Shepard Broad College of Law, from where she graduated with honors.
Ms. White is licensed in Florida but, due to the federal nature of immigration law, may represent clients in any State.
Ms. White is fluent in Russian and has a profound understanding of Russian legal and business documentation. Her cultural and educational background helps to eliminate the language barrier and greatly benefits her clients from Russia and CIS countries in the course of representation and during the document collection process.

ATTORNEY ALINA ISAEVA
Attorney Alina Isaeva obtained her Bachelor of Law and Master of Law degrees at the State Bashkir University. In the United States, Alina received an L.L.M. in Comparative Law from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Alina is a licensed attorney in Missouri and is eligible to represent clients in federal immigration proceedings in any U.S. state.
For the past five years, Alina has focused exclusively on immigration law and has acquired extensive experience in a variety of areas of immigration. At our office, Alina provides professional counsel on Extraordinary Ability and National Interest Waiver cases, family immigration, asylum, and removal defense.
Admitted to practice before an immigration court and the Board of Immigration Appeals.
PARALEGAL OKSANA EZHOVA
Paralegal Oksana Ezhova holds a degree in jurisprudence from Saratov State Law Academy and has more than eight years of experience working at the Ministry of Social Development of the Saratov State. In 2021, Oksana graduated from the Paralegal Certificate Program at Florida Atlantic University and became a Certified Paralegal.
Oksana is experienced in employment-based petitions, family-based petitions, change/extension of status applications, and naturalization applications.
She is fluent in Russian and English.
