SCHEDULE A CONSULATATION

We recommend all new clients to schedule an initial consultation. It will help us to assess your situation and recommend an appropriate immigration strategy. It will also allow us to determine risks and positive and negative factors (if any) that might affect your immigration case in the future. It will also allow you to ask questions and receive answers about the process, timeline, fees, and possible outcome based on the particular facts of your case.

We provide in-person appointments, video consultations (via Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp, or FaceTime), and telephonic consultations.

 

All consultations must be pre-paid prior to the day of the appointment.

Emergency and Outside-of-Business-Hours Consultations

Regular consultations are available Tuesday through Thursday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (subject to availability). We understand that emergencies can happen, or that your work schedule may not always allow for appointments during our standard hours. That is why we offer emergency consultations (scheduled within 24 hours) and outside-of-business-hours consultations (after 5:00 pm on Tuesdays and every other Saturday).

Please note that these appointments incur a 40% premium over the standard consultation fee, are non-refundable, and must be paid in full at the time of booking.
